About
Emily is a first generation Nevadan, born and raised in Carson City. She began working in the legal industry in 2015, where she gained experience in both environmental and workers’ compensation law. Emily has always been fascinated by the complex nature of family law, and recently joined Berkich Lucey Law Group in 2023.
Emily enjoys family law for its variety of unique legal issues and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level. She enjoys being an advocate for her clients, helping them navigate through both the highs and the lows.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Support & Services and a paralegal certificate from Purdue University, Global. She is the wife of a wildland firefighter, and the proud mom of a rambunctious toddler. When not in the office, Emily is probably planning her family’s next trip to Disneyland.
